There is a special way of making toothpaste with strawberries at home. Strawberries are full of malic acid which is a natural emulsifier and helps to remove crumbs and plaque. Also folic acid helps to remove coloration and neutralize yellowness.
Toothpaste from strawberries functions similar to hair bleach. So even if you start eating strawberry after a meal you can help in process of lightening your teeth. But, if you want better results to try with the toothpaste recipe below.
Recipe:
• 2 or 3 fresh strawberries
• 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
For sure, you are asking yourself why we use baking powder? Oh, here is the answer: baking powder is mild abrasive that can clean stains from your teeth.
Take a small bowl and mash the ingredients into that, then take your toothbrush and dip it in the mixture, apply on your teeth like you brush them. Use these a couple of weeks and you will notice the difference, and that is much whiter teeth! After using strawberry toothpaste always use dental floss so you can remove strawberry seeds that might get stuck in between your gums or teeth.
